The simulations below are designed to improve the leadership and management of not-for-profits.  While most simulations are designed to train executive directors and middle managers, they are also adaptable as multipurpse simulations, i.e., for the orientation of employees or to reverse roles for members of a board of directors to experience the management of a not-for-profit organization.
