Events and simulation exercises are not programmed or predictable but allow for individual decision making. The consequences of the decisions are evaluated through feedback and progress reports.
The simulated learning experience provides a non threatening environment to maximize learning.
In teams of 4 to 5, participants function collectively as the chief executive officer of the simulation.
The participant is engaged by the simulation and allowed to apply creative problem-solving to management issues.
Each team has an experienced instructor to guide them during the simulation.
